Our aim is to create a collection of favourite go-to recipes celebrating our uniquely wild environment, vibrant community and extraordinary talent that calls the upper Blue Mountains home.
Background
We love our school and we love our community. We also love our food. The BPS Cookbook is a way of bringing all of these things together in one delicious package. The aim is to create a collection of favourite go-to recipes celebrating our uniquely wild environment, vibrant community and extraordinary talent that calls the upper Blue Mountains home.
The school
Blackheath Public School is enthusiastically supported by parents and the community. All the recipes for the book will come from families, local businesses and community members who have a connection to our school.
The goal
Through local business sponsorship we aim to cover the print costs of The BPS Cookbook. There will be an initial print run and copies will be available from April 1st 2017.
The recommended retail price will be $35 and all profits will go directly back to the school.
